Payment processing is handled by Stripe and Airwallex, which are authorised and regulated payment institutions. We apply anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) measures voluntarily, as set out in our KYC/AML Policy, and to meet the requirements of our payment providers.
All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store or process sensitive card data directly; card information is handled exclusively by our payment providers.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of a valid request, subject to the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In the event of a payment dispute, we work directly with our payment providers to resolve the matter fairly and efficiently.

Our services are available globally, with the exception of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions or where local laws prohibit our business activities. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers in regions where we cannot ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
